I bought this device yesterday and have been trying to get it to connect so that I can control Spotify or connect to the gallery and it continues to tell me that there is no internet. It doesn't matter if I am connected to my wifi or if I'm on mobile data. I have powered the device off and back on, disconnected it from and reconnected it to my phone, deleted and re-download the app and I've even factory reset it and re-download the software thinking something didn't download correctly. Nothing helps. Please help!!! I don't know what to do!

Hi there, @RainbowRican. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!

The "Oops no internet connection" issue can be caused by the use of the following on your phone:

  • VPN
  • AdBlock software
  • Security software
  • Private DNS

Hope this helps.

Hi @RainbowRican - this is purely a phone problem, as certain internet accesses require a direct connection not always available on the latest Samsung phones and may be others depending settings and security software. See No internet connection for how to resolve it.
