Versa 3 stuck on message "unable to install/update apps"

When I sync I get a message saying can’t update/install app. Please try again. It also will not auto recognise swim exercise

I've seen you contacted our Support Team before posting here and they've advised you that your case was forwarded to our higher tier of support for further checking.

 

With that being said, please know that someone will be in contact with you soon as they have the resolution for your Versa 3's issue. It seems that our Support Team has exhausted all troubleshooting steps availed for this issue, so there's nothing left we here in the community can suggest.
