Versa 3 stuck on "Set up your Wallet"

Anything on the face except "set up wallet now." It won't switch to the clock face, it won't let me scroll through my steps, my heart rate or anything. I took it off to charge it yesterday and it was working fine, I put it back on and now nothing. Although it is synching to my phone, the watch itself won't turn on-or show anything if it does, except set up wallet.

Hi there, @LunaEclypse. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 3.

Usually that screen will appear when opening the wallet app on your watch by either tapping on it or with left button to access to the shortcuts. While it's not possible to delete the wallet app, please give a try to the following steps to reconnect your watch to your account:

  1. Remove the Versa 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Restart your watch.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select the Versa 3 and follow the onscreen instructions.

Additionally, please keep in mind that you can replace the Wallet App shortcut for any other option. To do so, on your Versa 3 swipe to Settings, tap, then swipe to shortcuts. It is here where you can configure what a single and double tap of the button will open. Replace the Wallet App for some other function.
