Versa 3 stuck on set up wallet and only showing a moon

My versa 3 is only showing a crescent moon and asking me to setup my wallet! I need help

Hi @Oliviamel23 - With the watch display on hold the watch button for 10 seconds till the display blanks or it vibrates, release and wait for the logo to appear and it to start.

After it's started swipe the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and turn off sleep mode if on.

Gm thank you for the instructions, however swiping right for some reason is not working, the sleep mode is still on, do you have any other suggestions? I’d appreciate the help. Thank you

@Oliviamel23- if you managed to restart the watch and the swipe is not working, in the Fitbit App Gallery tile try changing the clock face. In order to do this the watch and the app must be syncing. It could possibly allow swipe in a direction.

A factory reset may be required and if you can't swipe you can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that.
