Versa 3 stuck on sleep mode

Can't get out of sleep mode. No change after reset.

Hi there, @Burho. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is stuck in sleep mode. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that there are two places to set Sleep Mode, Quick Settings and full Settings. Maybe you have it set on by a schedule in the full Settings app. You might not be able to turn it off in Quick Settings then. Have you already checked this? For more information, see How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? 

Let me know if after trying the above the issue persists.
