I just went for a swim, using my versa 3.  I cannot stop the timer. I finished swimming 30 mins ago and it is still going. I can’t do anything on the watch, other than watch the timer keep going 🙄

Hi there, @Earlybird1. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Water lock turns on automatically when you start a swim in the Exercise app. Try a double tap of the button to turn off water lock. For more information, see Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

@Earlybird1   I'm happy you were able to end your swim.  For other users, this picture is worth a thousand words:
