Hi i felt difficult to use fitbit versa 3. How can i unlocked swim mode?

As a friendly reminder, please note that water lock turns on automatically when you start a swim in the Exercise app. Try a double tap of the button to turn off water lock. For more information, see Can I swim or shower with my Fitbit device?

Hi @Sassycez - firstly dry your hands and watch and then double press the button to exit swim mode. It may take a few tries. The reason it locks is to stop water movement actioning things on the display while swimming.
