I've tried all the things I can find on here and nothing works. I bought it September 8, 2022 via Amazon.
It worked fine up until this past Monday morning (May 20, 2024)

Same issue here, reached out support who couldn't help and are offering me a 35% discount on a new purchase. Really??? That is all you can do? My watch isn't even 2 years old. Incredibly disappointing and even though the warranty is 1 year, doesn't seem like good customer support to me that they can't fix it and won't even offer a replacement. Thinking of switching to another brand.

Mine started this same thing today! W9nt turn on. Stuck on logo and vibrates every few minutes. This can't be our individual devices. Let me know if anyone learns anything.

Update: This is probably 100% because I went swimming today with it on. At least in my case. It all started after swimming today. Mind you I've been swimming with this same Fitbit for at least 2-3 years, and have had no issue prior. I put the fitbit in rice after nothing else worked and customer service basically told me it was done for. After sitting in rice it is turning on and charging and the attempted factory resets never actually happened! It was just as i left it... It was a little glitchy, so I put it back in rice and will check it out in the morning. Needless to say, even if it works I will be looking for a new device since I use this for swimming constantly. Not sure I trust trying a new fitbit though. 😬

I learned that they offered me a 35% discount on the purchase of another watch- I declined- said if they want to replace it with the charge 6 or versa 4 I'd be ok with that, but I spent almost $300 on this thing and it should work more than 20 months- I work in an office and might go biking a few times a week in the summer- not misused or abused. It is most definitely an issue with their product.

Oddly enough I was so upset that I started pressing the side button rapidly for about 1-2 minutes and then magic, the watch got out of it's stuck reboot mode and the fitbit logo remained and then I had to resetup everything with the pin and all but the watch now works! Hope this works for others. I am extremely disappointed in Fitbit support however, you would think that with the amount of posts with this issue that they could have asked for someone to return the watch and troubleshooted to find a solution but I guess they prefer to give discounts hoping you will buy a new one.

It seems like plenty of users have the exact same thing this week... is it their move to get us to purchase new devices? I find it very strange that all of a sudden, watches that are approx. 2 years old are packing in and not working. How convenient for them to offer discounts just to push their products through. I am severly dissapointed @Fitbit

Agreed, pathetic customer service. They've lost me.

I've learned that they don't care that I paid close to $300 for a pc of crap that only worked for 20 months and that I'm gone as a customer.

Exactly :hundred_points: this. Seems almost planned.
