Versa 4 not even 6months old.
Only shows diamond logo when turned on and that’s it.
Have rebooted and done all the obvious. Just wanna know where to send to get fixed or and help woukd be greatly appreciated

Since your Versa 3 is only showing the Fitbit logo, please connect your Versa 3 to the charging cable and try the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
