Versa 3 stuck on the Fitbit logo

Hi for two days my versa 4 isn't even opening. I had some issues before it loses it connection, but then I was erasing the connection and do it again from the beginning and it was OK. But now it won't open. It shows only the fitbit sign and it never opens. It doesn't have a connection with the phone. Please help🥹

Hi there, @Annoula2282. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still stuck on the Fitbit logo. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:

1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
2. Tap your Fitbit device image. 
3. Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.

If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

@Annoula2282 Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 3 and report it's stuck on the Fitbit logo, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.

Hi, I have similar issue with two of my Versa 3, after the versa was fully drained since I didnot use them for a while when I charge them both watches are stuck on the loading icon.  I tried removing them from my account and wife account but since the Versa wont get out of the fitbit icon and when I try to restart pressing the button for 10 sec it sometime restarts twice and then stay back on the fitbit logo I cant even add them back to my account now.  I have tried all possible ways to reset them but they are not usable.  I started using my charge 4 after multiple failed attempt, these days fitbit is also not very helpful if you have issues.  This is the second time I have run into issue and this time I am not able to get them fixed.   I feel like my old fitbit watches were better then newer versa 3 models.  Hard to put my trust on newer model after my experience.
