Versa 3 stuck on the Set Up screen and won't respond

Whilst tracking my exercise, my versa completely shut down although it had 74% battery, it would not turn back on until I plugged it into the charger. It has now started the set up process all over again, and keeps shutting down. My Versa is only 2 weeks old.

Hi @abbieannette  - It clearly sounds faulty take it back to where you bought it and get a refund, or a new watch.

Hi there, @abbieannette. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

While reading your post I was wondering if your watch vibrates when you connected it to the charger? If it doesn't, please try the steps below: 

• Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
• If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
• Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
• Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
• Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
