My fitbit tiles won't work. I am stuck on the time tile. Can't seem to fix.

@MellenS - did  you try a watch restart, hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

I am not able to switch to any of the widgwts/tiles. Stuck on clock face.
Won't slide up/ or sideways.
