I use Versa 3. Today it is frozen displaying a thermometer on a triangle. I used it on a hike today on 4 hour hike and 23,400 steps. When I got home it was frozen as above. Help.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

The same thing just happened to me! 22848 steps after a hike, the screen went blank, then after I reset the Versa 3 I got the screen with the thermometer. I reset it again and now the clock face shows for awhile, but I can’t get to any of the other screens. Can someone help me please? Hurler, how did you solve the issue? Fitbit can you please advise, if resetting hasn’t helped?
