Versa 3 stuck on unlock with phone

My phone that was paired to my versa 3 was stolen, and with it, I totally lost access to the email account I had set up with Fitbit.

 

I may have entered the pin on the watch too often and now I cannot get passed the 'unlock with phone' message. i cannot access the old Fitbit account, because I cannot access my old email account.

 

Is there a way to wipe the watch and set up a new fitbit account to use with it?
