When the back button is held down, it just flips to ‘set up wallet ‘?

Hello @Billy2Shoes and welcome to the Community.  You need to press the button twice fairly quickly to get your Versa 3 out of water lock.  It usually takes me 3-5 times to get it to work.  Don't press and hold.  Be diligent and patient.
