Versa 3 stuck with logo won’t connect to Bluetooth

Hi, my Fitbit verbs 3 is stuck with the Fitbit logo on the screen pressing and holding side button does nothing, it won’t connect with my phone, tapping, swiping screen does nothing??

Please Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.

  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

Hello.

I have the same issue with my watch, and now that I have disconnected it, the app can’t find it to set it up again. 
so far I’ve tried all the steps above without any luck.
