Versa 3 suddenly and dramatically over counting calories burned 🤔

Hi, today apropos of nothing my versa decided I burn WAYYYY more calories than I ever have. On average about 3k more/day. It even reset my calories burned from the last month so the same amount every day: 5,847 cals. So weird.  I checked my weight, age, everything…it was normal. I restarted it, redownloaded the app…still crazy! I just wanted to see if there was other options before a factory reset!

Hi @CheesyBeans - don't do a factory reset. Calories is calculated and not on the watch AFIK, so it would not resolve it, just make more problems.

 

Check what other activities have generated this. Also logout of the app, clear the cache and force stop it, then restart the phone, restart the watch and sync fully, it may help,
