Versa 3 suddenly stopped receiving WhatsApp calls notifications

About 2 weeks ago my versa 3 stopped receiving WhatsApp call notifications. I’ve contacted fitbit and getting the typical runaround. Something has clearly changed and I’m guessing it’s to do with a WhatsApp upgrade.

Note

  • i receive regular call notifications and the calls ring on my fitbit
  • I receive regular WhatsApp message notifications and can read them on fitbit
  • i receive the WhatsApp missed call notification on fitbit but the WhatsApp call will not ring on the fitbit

I cannot be the only one impacted by this…fitbit please do something as most calls I receive are WhatsApp calls.
