I have a Versa 3 that runs behind time a few minutes (4-8min) in the hours after a sync.
I contacted support and they told me to sync regularly. I also read the same topics on this forum.
In my opinion, a watch that does not keep the accurate time (not talking about time zones) after a few hours, is a defective watch. We have a Charge as well and that watch keep time perfectly without any syncing.
This watch is still under warranty, but support does not recognize it is defect. I should sync every day to keep the right time on my watch. That is absurd.
Are there any people out there that managed to get this resolved?

I'm not experiencing that issue. But I agree 1000 percent that you should have better customer service than you received and if that happened to me I would be upset as well.
