Time lags like 8-10 minutes behind and catches back up whenever it wants. I tried other time faces and it’s the same issue

Hi @laquan - other people have reported the same issue. When the watch syncs it sets the correct time, if it then loses that much time it may be faulty in which case take it back to where you bought it for replacement with a new one under warranty.
You can also reach support via the app, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they may take you through the factory reset or offer you a refurbished one.

Same thing is happening to me. Also, after I synced it with my iPhone, my phone doesn’t ring or notify me when I get a text.
