i find the motion to display screen is not responsive enough and neither is the swiping back and forth, the button is also hard to press

Hi there, @Shelbygt. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face. 

As for the button, try placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?
