Versa 3 unable to use the touch screen

Hi,

My watch is failing to respond to much. I have it plugged in and it is telling me that the battery is too cold? (it's 22degC in my room). I also am unable to use the touch screen to swipe or select anything. I've tried to restart is and nothing seems to be resolving the issues.

 

I am really hoping you can help. This is the 3rd fitbit I've owned in 5 years --- this is starting to feel unsustainable. 😞

Sorry to know the difficulties that you are experiencing with your Versa 3. Sorry to know the inconvenience. 

Please confirm that you restarted your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
