Hi there,
My Versa 3 unsync notifications and neither msgs nor calls come through. When I disabled and enabled notifications, it works like for 20 mins before reverting to red colored notification asking phone restart (doesn't work despite reset)
I had posted same msg a few months ago. No solution.
I've tried all (really, all) possible solutions posted here on various forum threads and also from general internet. It's been months and it still doesn't work. It's such a bummer because it just doesn't feel like a smart watch anymore. I've been loyal to Versa since version 1. But this is turning out to be such a disappointment.
Please , do you have a solution that actually works & stays that way?

Hi @Fit-Researcher - this is probably a phone settings issue, make sure you don' have battery saving enabled that's shutting down the Fitbit App, Bluetooth or location.
You can install the SimpleCheckUp app which will allow you to test the connection from the watch end [2nd test] when you suspect it's not working.
At that point restart the phone and restart the app and if it finds the phone then it most likely confirms a phone settings issue.
