Versa 3 vibrates but shows no notification

Watch versa 3, up to date

Phone, galaxy a50, up to date

After one of the fitbit app updates my watch stoped showing notifications for messages or emails however it still vibrates. I have force stopped the app while having the watch shut down. Complete restarts on all 3 devices. Any tips or additional help is appreciated

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding your Versa 3. Sorry to know the difficulty with notifications.

I'd recommend trying the following:

  1. On the Fitbit app, tap on the upper left corner icon > Versa 3 > Notifications and turn off call notifications.
  2. Restart your Versa 3 and reboot your phone.
  3. Turn back on the notifications on your Versa 3 and the Fitbit app.
  4. Try receiving a call notification and  see if you can receive notifications.
