My versa 3 (which is only about 7/8 months old) just stopped pairing with my phone yesterday. I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. Have tried switching off Bluetooth and switching it back on again - nothing. Then tried turning my phone and watch off and on again and still nothing. If I wanted my watch to sync to my phone I now have to keep the app open.
I had a Fitbit versa 1 for almost 5 years and never had any issues, have had the versa 3 just over half a year and I’ve more than 1 issue with it (first issue was that it stopped receiving notifications and stopped vibrating, that was after I had it about 2-3 months) any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
honestly have no idea why this watch is giving me so many issues! My brother has the same model (he got it before me) and he hasn’t had any issues.

Hi @HarukoGina - many of the issues may be phone related. Unless the watch has developed a fault which materialises by other odd behaviours usually try
Remove the Versa 3 Bluetooth entries from the phone and any other devices to which it has been paired.
Restart the watch
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone too.
Login again and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync,
If this hasn't resolved it, in the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace - this create new Bluetooth entries if missing.
On the phone make sure that Battery savings has not been enabled as that may stop the app or associated services from working in background, and you will then need to keep the app open.
