My versa 3 black watch has been on back order. This order is a replacement watch as my original broke within just a few months. Ordered the replacement 27/07/2023, said it was on back order and it would ship 5/8/2023 however when I checked on the 5th it changed to 18/8/2023. How long is this going to take?

No, still haven’t received anything or any message from Fitbit. Mine has also been changed to 1st September.

Unlike on previous occasions, the date hasn't been changed to something 2wks from now. Still showing 01/09 for me. On all previous occasions, 4 days before the backorder arrival date, the date was bumped. We're now 1 day away from 01/09.
Could this be a turning point?

Hopefully you will receive it soon. Are they replacing it with a versa 3? If so, hopefully they still have some around. They should had just upgraded you to a versa 4. Just my opinion.

Yes it is being replaced with the original model I’ve had, versa 3. When they gave me the replacement link I think it had the choice to upgrade but it would of actually cost me money instead of just getting an entire replacement and sadly that is money I do not have.

I have no idea, as you can probably tell it’s been a while since I asked for the replacement and my memory doesn’t go back that far. Maybe if you ever need a replacement you will be able to see it on the link Fitbit sends you.

@Steels07 I agree about the Versa 4. I asked countless times. They just kept saying no and insisted it had to be a Versa 3, and that they were making new devices and were currently out of stock. I even asked to downgrade me to literally anything that was in stock, the answer was still no. Pretty crazy how much they're trying to push people to the Google line!!

@RhinoTank It would have been the full price minus 35%, i.e. the normal price everyone else sells it at. If you push them they'll also do 35% off plus 2 straps, or 50% off the RRP. In reality its more of a 15% discount on the RRP, or about £25 off.

Yes it is crazy. All they will do is lose customers and they will purchase other brands. You cannot even get a Versa 3 at the stores. I have not seen any at target just Versa 4 and not that many. I don’t know if they even sell Versa 2 in the stores.

It doesn’t show me my order normally however when I go back to my emails and click on the original confirmation email, it says check status.

When i do that is says sorry that page was following a different trail tells me its no available , i have contacted then on the stupid chat thing asked to cancel my order but they said they cant cancel it 🤦🏻:female_sign:

So I got a shipment tracking email .. despite the Fitbit order date showing 22/09/2023.
So confused, but it looks like Fitbit actually followed through on the replacement. I wasn't expecting it tbh.
So apparently it's being shipped and I should get it in a few days time. It's been 8 weeks, and it's been 6 weeks since it was supposed to arrive. Better late than never?

Yh so has mine, I wonder why it has taken that long tho it just makes no sense. I also checked the email I got and it’s in the Netherlands which makes even less sense if it wants to be here in a couple of days
