Versa 3 went black

My Versa is showing the time only. When I swipe to view steps, sleep ... It goes black. I have had it about 1 month. So frustrating! 😠

Hi @Lupp  - try restarting it first, if that doesn't help, swipe the face to the right, if you can, and check your Quick Settings.

 

They chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they may take you a factory reset and set it up again.
