Used versa 3 for swim session and was working and then went in jacuzzi, so think this maybe when the problem arose. The white bright screen doesn’t respond to restart or reset and unable to pair with iPhone as digits not showing. Is there another solution to this as I have tried all other options in this community forum?

Hi there, @KJM63. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3's screen went blank. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that all Fitbit trackers and smartwatches are water-resistant, which means they're rainproof and splash-proof and can stand up to even the sweatiest workout. You can swim or shower with certain Fitbit devices. Fitbit Versa series are swimproof up to 50 meters in a lake, pool, or ocean.
Does your Versa 3 vibrates when you connect it to the charger? Do you still see the green lights flashing on the back? If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the steps below:

I tried above suggestions but nothing worked. I left my watch aside for 2 days and let the battery run out. I recharged it and it worked apart from a few niggles, for example exercise button not responding on tapping but voice assistant would open instead, or once exercise button did open it wouldn’t open the chosen exercise. Decided to carry on using it regardless and since recharging it, all issues appear to have been resolved and it is working just fine.

@KJM63 according to this Help Article it is not recommended to wear your Fitbit in a hot tub. I'm glad you were able to get your device working again, but it might be better not to do that again.

I agree! Wore it again in the jacuzzi this week although tried to keep wrist above water level and at first had no issues. Later in the day had the same problem with a white screen. Followed the same pattern to resolve the issue and all is fine again 😅
