Versa 3 won't advance past slow pulse of logo

Everything was fine with my Versa 3 at bedtime at 73% battery and this morning it won't turn on or off. I cannot get beyond the logo flashing for 4 seconds on and 3 seconds off. I can't do a soft reset. When I hold the button down I feel the vibration regularly but nothing happens. I cannot do a hard reset because I can't figure out how to do it from my phone or the website since I can't view the settings on the Versa itself. Please help!

Hi @jpip - seems serious, have a look in the forums for others with rebooting logo or stuck on logo, did you try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
