I've had my versa 3 for over a year now and never had an issue. Last night The battery went dead and when I went to charge it this morning it didn't wake up when connected. I let it sit 10 mins thinking it wouldn't turn on with a battery drained. After I returned, still dead. I don't know how to reset it if it's not on. I've cleaned all connections just to be sure and again nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, @Hbos39. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!
As a first approach, I suggest performing a restart on your Versa 3. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If your Versa 3 does not vibrate during the restart, make sure you've tried the below steps:
If the above doesn't work, I recommend performing a factory reset on your Versa 3:
Take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.
Hope this helps.

Hi @Hbos39 - if the watch is charged a simple button push should wake it.
If that is not happening either, then see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If it is a cable problem you can get them online or under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law.
