My versa 3 cannot be charged. Have gone through all the procedures having read through all the forums.  It has been stuck on the logo for 3 days now.  Not sure where to go from here

Having the same problem. Started doing this about a week ago and now won't charge at all. It's still at about half charge. Have tried different charging cables and everything I found on the internet and forum.  Will reach out to fitbit next to see if there is a fix or not.

This has happened to mine as well. Mine finally completely died last night. I let it sit there dead all night and plugged it in this morning. Within seconds it started doing the reboot loop again. I'm hoping that there are enough of us with this issue that they can't just give us a coupon for a new one and tell us to move on.

Sorry to hear you’ve also fallen victim to this strange phenomenon. I’d looked after mine with great care for 3 yrs and then I wasn’t able to charge it, it drained down and then became terminally ill. There’s no reason why this should happen. Fitbit have been in contact and trying to troubleshoot it but its still not working. Very very disappointed

Fitbit please do the right thing and look after your community with a kind gesture???

Hi there, I have reached out to Fitbit, and have to admit they have been extremely helpful and have responded really promptly to my emails.

I suggest that you go directly to them.

Good luck, regards, Sandy

Thank you SandyinPerth. I’ve done the same and like your experience have been very impressed with comms back. That said, the device works but battery drain is horrendous & all notifications (alarms) don’t work. It’s become a useless wearable. Up until last week it was brilliant. Just really disappointed. Been wearing them for a decade now so have brand loyalty but that is fading dramatically
