Versa 3 won't charge anymore

My versa 3 has stopped working. It’s only just over 2 years old. It went off, and now won’t charge at all. When it finally did something yesterday the screen was blurry? I can’t restart it because there’s just no charge. I’ve also tried another charger so it’s not that either.

Was the other charger you used an original Fitbit charger? Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts (on your Fitbit device and your charger) are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 3 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
