First my versa3 was spazzing out and vibrating and wouldn't let me touch anything on the screen and now it won't charge and keeps saying that it's not at operable temperature and I just took it off my wrist like normal.

Hello @Turtlgirl
‘I’ve read about this happening with a Versa 3 before. It’s certainly not common. I’d try restarting your Fitbit Versa 3: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm.
If restarting doesn’t fix the issue I’d certainly contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. I find calling them directly or live chat the easiest way to communicate.
😉 Hopefully a restart of your Fitbit will do the trick..if not maybe Fitbit Customer Service can get this sorted out for you.

I can't restart it because I can't charge it lol. I'll have to try to call them but I don't know what they can help me with if I can't even turn it on.

Hello again @Turtlgirl
You can restart the Versa 3 without it being in the charger. The reason I suggested contacting Fitbit Customer Service is because you might still be under warranty or they might be able to get it sorted out for you.

It is completely drained so there is absolutely no way for me to turn it on. Prior to it completely dying, I did a factory reset and it's still won't work. I will be calling Fitbit today
