Versa 3 won't charge due to the temperature

My versa 3 restarted and now it won’t charge because it says it is “too cold” to charge. I already restarted it again to see if that worked but it didn’t. It is not near anything cold, and I have been warming it up with my hands for a few minutes and it still won’t work.

I still find it very odd and I’d contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
I wish I could offer more troubleshooting tips but I simply can’t. I do hope my answer at least points you in the correct direction.
