Just opened a brand new Versa 3 on Sunday 1/30. Completed the set up and then went to charge it; it did not charge or recognize there is a charger. I spoke to customer service via chat and they sent a replacement charger. 5 days later on 2/3, the Versa 3 will not recognize and/or won’t charge with the brand new cable. I wonder how it even made it into the box to be sold if it could never charge…

I was sent a new charge cable for my Versa 3. It didn’t charge the Versa 3 but it saved my wallet information. Customer service thankfully sent me a new Versa 3, it does not have a wristband. I purchased a wrist band at Best Buy for $30 and went to charge the Versa 3, and the new Versa 3 that was sent does not charge. I’m convinced the versa 3 does not work in general. I’m following all the steps. The battery has not charged on 2/2 devices I’ve purchased and received. It’s really bad. I’m embarrassed if I try to get another one at this pointZ
