Have a versa 3 a little over a year and it stopped charging and button won't respond no matter how much I try.. put it on the charger and it shows it's charging but stays at 0%.  Take it off the charger and it dies. Tried factory resetting and didn't help

Hi @Brianlsvtec1 - just in case this helps , How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
