Versa 3 won't charge or turn on

My Versa 3 discharged in the night, the next morning I plugged to charge and the screen shows 0% battery, but it doesn't charge and it doesn't turn on.
I already cleaned it, I connected it from other energy sources.
What can happen to him? I live in Medellín, Colombia and I don't know where is the technical support

Hi @clau1203 - if the discharge in the night was unexpected the watch may have developed a fault.

Otherwise follow instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen it explains the steps and who to contact for more help.

Hi there, @clau1203. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Regarding your inquiry, please note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit devices are sold. However, keep in mind that we are here to help.

Also, as @Guy_ has pointed out, sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 3. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

Hi,

I am having the same issue, done all of the above and still not working, only showing the Fitbit logo.

can you advise please?

Hi @Gemmagee13 - this may be a different issue, if you only see the logo then the watch is switched on.

When you charge it does it briefly change display? If so, then it is charging and best to look at other posts with "stuck on logo". such as Versa 3 is stuck on Fitbit logo
