I’ve had an issue for the past week. My Fitbit won’t charge past 5%. I have cleaned the devise and charging pins as the FAQs instructed. That didn’t work. I also tried holding down the side button and did manage to get it to reboot once, but it still isn’t charging. I also noticed that it won’t respond to swipes, so I cannot even shut it down in settings. My app is working fine and is allowing syncing, but the watch is unresponsive aside from waking up and displaying the watch face and charging percentage screen when first connected to the charger. Can anyone help?

Hi @Jen78741 - these symptoms can be indicative of a watch fault, most likely water in it. If it gets hot when charging stop immediately.
As your watch is syncing, you could alwats try changing to another clock face just in case there is an issue but it is unlikely to produce all the effects.
It may not be charging properly, in that case see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen. It could simply be discharging faster than it can charge.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support for help with a factory reset but given the symptoms it may not help.
