My Fitbit Versa 3 will not charge. The screen comes up that says that it is but it has been 6 hours and it still is at 19% percent. Is this because of the charger or the watch? It is not the wall plug-in or the outlet as they still charge my other devices.

Hi @Lauren4245 - the charge cable can be an issue or the watch may need cleaning, check a;l the issues in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
If you are looking at the charge level in the Fitbit App and the watch actually has a flat battery you will only see the charge level the last time it synced. You can see when that was by clicking on the profile photo and device photo and look at Sync.
