Versa 3 won't charge to 100%

Shouldn’t my Versa 3 charge to a hundred percent. Mine will only go to 99 percent

Hi @ashbam143.

 

How long are you leaving it on the charger for? I find that it can sit on 99% for a little while before changing to 100%.

 

Before charging it again, I would suggest restarting your device by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds (until you see the Fitbit logo).

Hi @ashbam143 - just as @N8teGee says, but to be more precise it takes around 15 minutes to go from 99% to 100%.

 

If you are interested ,this is demonstrated in the SimpelClockPro clock face charging display, which

predicts when it will be charged and shows battery percentage to 2 decimal places when it reaches 99%.

 

It is questionable whether charging to 100% is useful as it takes so long and that 1% is used up in a very short period.
