To better assist you, I'd like to clarify if you're having issues with your Versa 3 or your phone? If your Versa 3 is not charging at all, as @Guy_ suggested, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Hi @ruthiefitz - if your watch is not charging check the cleaning and charge cable and links in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
