I tried these solutions listed, without success. So I used a small woodworking clamp to squeeze the charger onto the back of the Fitbit and it charges fine. You could probably use a spring hair clip, elastics or something like that. It just needed a stronger contact than the magnet was providing. Maybe even some weight placed on top of the watch while sitting on the charger???
