I bought it in September of last year and really wanted it to last longer. I can't get my versa 3 to charge, I checked the charge port even tried my sister's charge cable and my dads and it doesn't work. I checked the forums here and tried what people recommended and its still not charging.
I tried to contact support but the web page comes up blank with no link or dialog box.
