Let my wife use my versa 3 & she let it go to 0 charge and now I can't charge the battery.

Try cleaning the metal contacts with rubbing alcohol, mine wouldn't charge but a good cleaning fixed it

Hi @Mrbill216 - as @j_b_141 says, cleaning is important and also follow the instructions in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
