Versa 3 won't charge

I’ve had this issue before & a replacement was sent May 2024. 
I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone now it’s all with Google! I’ve submitted an issue via the help centre but no response at all as yet after a day.

Customer service is not as good as it was - does anyone have any better methods of contacting them? TIA

Hi there, @SealE. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is not charging. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration. I will do my best to help you with this!

Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Versa 3 on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.

All these methods have been tried as I have had this issue with a previous Versa 3.

 
Please advise on next steps.

You can do a live chat. Go thru the help options then select contact then there will options for phone call, email or live chat.

  There are several Versa 3 users with similar issues. You are not alone.
