Versa 3 won't connect to Wi-Fi

versa 3 keeps displaying the icon showing not connected to wifi. Does not get any notifications. Have restarted it several times.

Hi @KassiAnderdon - if you get not connected to the phone (over Bluetooth) and have restarted the watch try also restarting the phone and doing a manual sync.

A working connection to the phone is required for it to send notifications to the watch at all times.

This also means the phone has to be within range so information can be transferred to/from the watch.

Je suis dans le même cas, la connection bluetooth ne se fait plus entre la montre et le téléphone. La montre ne me prévient plus quand j ai un appel ou un message depuis la màj et pourtant, les 2 sont apairés mais il marque connection impossible sur versa3 control ou sur la simple versa3 il marque une application est requise pour cet appareil

@KassiAnderdon Also check your Fitbit notification settings on phone to make sure you have it turned on. Good luck!
