I’ve never had an issue with my Versa 3 being and staying connected to wifi.
however, last week without warning, it’s no longer connected.
problem is, it simply will NOT connect now!!  Extremely frustrating!

I am about to toss my verse 3 in the trash. First it started to disconnect from the network & we would reconnect it.  A real pain in the butt to have to do every few days. Now it won’t reconnect at all!  We have followed your instructions but nothing works. Yes, my Fitbit has the latest update.

I am having the same problem have tried everything and it still won’t connect to Wi-Fi.The main reason for buying the watch is to listen to music while out running so frustrating I am about to throw mine out of the window.Dint think I will be buying a Fitbit again I have several replacements send out over the years 🤷🏼‍:female_sign:

Me too.  Just stopped connecting to wifi, even though the app says I am connect.  The Deezer app says otherwise.  The only reason I have this thing is to listen to music while I run.  Have been dealing with Fitbit support for 2 months.  They claim it is a software issue, not a device issue.  That is why they will not honor the warranty.  Maybe I should just be given a refund.  Never Fitbit again!

This is the 3rd Fitbit product I have purchased. I loved the previous 2
products and even the thus one until it stopped connecting to the internet.
I will NOT, I repeat, NOT be purchasing any more Fitbit products or
anything from any company related to Fitbit.

Fitbit said that it might be my wifi (2.4 vs 5).  We actually have a dual band router.  Also, I realized that my wife has the same Fitbit that I do (versa3).  I successfully connected her Fitbit to our wifi and in fact was able to access my Deezer account on her Fitbit device.  Therefore, not a wifi issue.  I reported this info to Fitbit yesterday and told them they need to either replace or refund.  I will let everyone here know what their response is.

If you reset the Versa 3 and it doesn't connect to WIFI, try switching off 5Ghz and see if the watch connects. I had an issue with a dual band router, but when set to 2.4Ghz only, it connected fine.
