I recently had a fitbit versa 3 and have problems connecting to my wifi.
1) I connect to wifi tihis way using the app on my android phone: Settings_versa 3_wifi-settings. The connection will be done in a few seconds. Then after about haf a minute the connection is lost.
2) The wi-fi is not reconnected by itself, although instructions say it will do so.
3) When I try to reconnect manually, it seems like the fitbit has not remembered the wifi password, instead it says on that line "(Not loaded)"
I have tried to restart my router, my fitbit and my phone.
Tried to find help at helpline in Sweden, but they either did understand my quesion nor helped me to solve the problem
