Versa 3 won't connect to my Jabra 65t Bluetooth device

Versa 3 should be sold with a notice that it doesn’t have a reliable Bluetooth system. Online chat help stated the company is aware of this, well they should not mislead people by offering Bluetooth earbud pairing as an option!! So frustrating and none, that’s none of the suggestions to pair worked either from online help via Fitbit or other independent forums!!!
