My Versa 3 watch will not connect to my Pixel 7 phone. The Versa 3 controls will not connect and the app will not connect/find my phone either. I have deleted all older devices that were linked and still it is not working. I have already replaced my Versa 2 within the first year and half because it stopped working completely. Seriously considering a Google smart watch. Not with the hassel when it doesn't operate correctly.

Hi, @MandyA09, welcome to the community, I'm going to move your post to the Versa 3 board where I'm confident experienced community members will be happy to assist you. Your best way forward may well be to restart your Versa 3, clear the cache on the Fitbit app on your phone, and restart your phone. If this fails a full factory reset would be your next step.
